Greg Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Greg. We want every customer to feel confident and cared for in every step of their journey with us. Please review our updated return and refund policy, specially refined for our EU and UK-based shoppers.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
You have up to 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging.
Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email) is required.
💡 Note: Returns due to defects or wrong items will be fully covered by us (including shipping). For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless stated otherwise.
2. EU Consumer Rights – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. This means:
You can cancel and return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Returned goods must still meet our standard eligibility (unused, original packaging, etc.).
Simply email us at support@greg.com within 14 days of receiving your item to exercise this right.
3. How to Start a Return
Just follow these steps:

Our team will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please return your item within 14 days of receiving our return instructions.
📨 Returns must be authorized before shipping. Unsolicited returns may not be accepted.
4. Exchanges
Want a different size or colour?
Please follow the return process above, and once your return is accepted, simply place a new order.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If you don’t see your refund within 15 business days, please contact your payment provider first, then email us if needed.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Received something wrong? We’re on it.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll quickly offer a replacement, refund, or another resolution of your choice.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Personalized/custom items
Perishables (e.g. food, flowers)
Personal care or beauty products
Sale items or gift cards
Please feel free to contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies.
8. Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind or sizing:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service or purchasing insurance.
For faulty or incorrect items:
We will cover return shipping and provide a pre-paid label.
9. Clear Pricing – No Hidden Fees
All Greg orders to the EU and UK are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means:
No customs fees
No surprise charges
